Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2025 · NW Towing & Transportation LLC

1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or accepting towing or vehicle transport services from NW Towing & Transportation LLC ("NW Towing," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

NW Towing & Transportation LLC provides towing, vehicle transport, roadside assistance, and related services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safe operating conditions as determined by our drivers.

We reserve the right to decline any service request that we determine poses an unreasonable risk to our drivers, equipment, or other parties.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by NW Towing are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may differ if:

  • The pickup or drop-off location changes after dispatch
  • The vehicle condition differs materially from what was described (e.g., requires winching or specialized equipment)
  • Additional services are requested during the job
  • Wait time exceeds 30 minutes after driver arrival

Any pricing changes will be communicated to the Customer before additional work is performed. We do not apply charges beyond the agreed quote without authorization.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing (e.g., direct insurance billing or net-terms accounts). We accept credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Returned payments (declined cards, reversed charges) will incur a $35 returned payment fee in addition to the original service amount. Unpaid invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge after 30 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Scheduled bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 2 hours before the start of the scheduled time window. Cancellations after a driver has been dispatched, or no-shows at the time of service, may be charged a partial service fee of up to $75 to cover driver time and fuel.

Emergency dispatch calls that are cancelled after a driver is en route may be charged a dispatch fee of up to $50.

6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle's condition, location, and any special requirements at the time of booking. Failure to disclose known issues (e.g., non-operational brakes, leaking fluids, structural damage) that affect the safety or method of towing may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that personal items, valuables, and removable accessories are removed from the vehicle before transport. NW Towing is not responsible for any items left in or on the vehicle.

7. Liability & Damage Claims

NW Towing & Transportation LLC carries commercial liability insurance and on-hook cargo insurance on all transport operations. In the event of vehicle damage that is directly caused by NW Towing's negligence during transport, we will work with the Customer and our insurance carrier to resolve the claim.

Damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be considered. Existing damage documented in our pre-tow inspection report is excluded from any damage claim.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the current market value of the vehicle, or (b) the cost of repair as determined by an independent licensed mechanic or body shop.

8. On-Hook Insurance

On-hook cargo insurance is included with all towing and transport services at no additional charge. This coverage applies while the vehicle is being loaded, transported, and unloaded by NW Towing personnel. It does not apply to vehicles left unattended at storage facilities or impound lots.

9. Refund Policy

Services already rendered are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at info@nwtowing.com within 7 days of the service date. We will review the charge and issue a correction if an error occurred.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
